I was happy with the standard dashboard calculator, but didnt like switching away from my work. This did the trick, and being able to edit functions is great. It might seem expensive at first glance when there are so many free alternatives, but its worth it… high quality app.

This is a fantastic claculator. I love that it displays the entire calculation above the result, and that I can go back and edit the calculation to fix typos, add numbers, whatever. I wish these guys would make an iOS version of Handy Calculator!

Large numbers and simple layout make this basic function calculator an easy read for people with poor eyesight.

I especially like the running total, I don’t have to go back and forth and do separate calculations. The size and clarity of the numbers is great for my vision. I like how it moves over open pages allowing me to see through it. Thanks.

Once it is on your desktop there is no way to remove it or close it. It seems to remain in the background. I deleted it. I do not like cluttered desktop.

It would be nice if there wasn’t a space between the thousands digit and the rest. Makes it annoying to copy/paste.

And it won’t uninstall! Doesn’t work.

Simple, handy, intuitive….I use it all of the time for quick calculations….No problems

To many app developers think their app should do everything. This has just enough functionality to do simple calculations very well. I’ve tried a bunch of others. This is the on I like.

I use this calculator for simple problems. It’s all that I need, but I’ve never had any problems with it.

Really Handy and does what I need

But i like it! Looks like some one with pencil pushing experience was involved in this one. Old timers (new mac user) will be appreciative of keeping the sums alive on top of the screen. Nice and simple. Somthing is mising for the 5 star. Will come back with the why shortly.

This is a nice little application. You dont have to go to the dashboard to use it, and it even stays "On Top" all the time, just in transparent mode. Big numbers also help. The odd layout is not an issue, since I just use the keypad, I never click on the keys with the mouse. Very happy with it. Totally worth the price.

Does not work with full-screen apps on Lion. (itll bring you back to your desktop). Otherwise, this is an excellent app.

Purchased this app because the built-in calculator is garbage. This app is very well designed and works great. Love the fact that it stays in front so I can actually remember the numbers I just calculated.

This App is not that much improvement over the Apple Calculator. Save your money unless you just want something in a different color.

After upgrading to Lion, Ive been lost without the layover dashboard calulator. This app goes one step further and allows you to track your entries. Finally. My only regret is waiting for Lion to get this app. Keep it up!

Newest Versions has lots of Bugs, as of now I can not even multiply a decimal????

Its buggy, and basic calucations cannot be done. You cant multiply numbers with decimals.
